The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth across New South Wales by providing exceptional support for our products and services. This opportunity allows collaboration with a seasoned team and contribution to enhancing global healthcare through reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet sales targets, offering tailored support to customers within territory business development plans, measured by territory KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new and existing accounts, leveraging industry expertise to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute face-to-face account calls, introducing new products and programs while gathering valuable feedback from customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with RPAC customers, promoting the brand and proactively seeking opportunities for service delivery improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' sales experience in medical diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the Australian Public Health system.
  • Technical or sales expertise in blood gas and immunoassay equipment or similar products.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a high attention to detail and self-driven attitude.
