About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Donation Sorter. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our warehouse operations by sorting and packing donated goods and materials in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and pack donated goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Operate material handling equipment and use warehousing tools and equipment as required
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve operational goals
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in general warehousing and knowledge of stock rotation principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to promoting and creating a safe workplace
  • Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland
