Job Summary:

We're expanding our Australian branches in Brisbane and seeking an experienced Smile Consultant to lead customer engagement and site management. As part of our team, you'll interact directly with customers, oversee operational requirements, and ensure seamless customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to perform intraoral 3D scans for expert evaluations.
  • Oversee site operations, including inventory management, customer guidance, and collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Develop strategic plans with the Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Promote Be@me professionally, fostering strong relationships with partners and addressing potential concerns promptly.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and support customers throughout their smile enhancement journey.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, adhering to our high standards of service.
  • Manage the site with excellence, ensuring all tasks support a top-tier customer experience.
  • Maintain authentic connections with customers, keeping them engaged and excited about their new, confident smiles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or dental settings.
  • Confident in presenting our product and adept at addressing customer inquiries.
  • Passionate about the transformative power of smile aesthetics.
  • Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a strong desire to learn and grow autonomously.
  • Innovative mindset focused on enhancing operational processes and customer experiences.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + comprehensive benefits package.
