About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site and Project Engineer to join our team at Constructability Recruitment. As a Civil Site and Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing your own section of works on civil projects, working on roads, subdivision, earthworks, and civil projects in the Canberra/ACT area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate civil projects, including roads, subdivision, earthworks, and civil projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in civil projects worth over $5m in value
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team
  • Exceptional understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
