About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Morayfield. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

About Goodstart Morayfield

Our Morayfield childcare centre is located in a convenient residential spot with easy access to local schools, shops, main roads, and public transport routes. We are a 129-place centre open from 6am-6pm and offer a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment with lots of long-term staff.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
