As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will support participants through their entire rehabilitation journey, becoming a rehab expert and advocate. Your role will involve:

• Assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them return to work.
• Visiting workplaces to understand the challenges injured workers may face.
• Providing clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing.
• Educating workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries.
• Case managing complex injuries and liaising with treating doctors and health professionals.

• AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
• A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A willingness to innovate and bring new ideas to the table.
