Join Our Team as a Casual Sales Associate

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our sales team at our Highpoint store. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-to-Sunday roster.

About the Role

This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store appearance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and assisting them with purchases.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively advise customers on suitable products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising displays and maintain the store's overall presentation.
