About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Expert Pega Consultant to join our team in Florida, USA. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our world-leading clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Pega business process management (BPM) software.
  • Ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities align with client needs and architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Pega delivery team to ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop business rules in Pega, create PEGA BPM process models, design Pega BPM services, and develop Pega UI components.
  • Manage key design areas of a Pega implementation.
  • Leverage deep understanding of Pega Platform, including application debugging tools and features.
  • Provide strong technical leadership to guide the development team in delivering highly functional and usable Pega applications.
  • Lead the implementation of complex Pega design and development projects.
  • Apply Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects.
  • Implement PRPC components like decision tables, decision maps, declarative expressions, constraints, and indexes.
  • Work on activities and flows to meet requirements.
  • Create database connections using RDB Method and web services using Connect-SOAP.
  • Migrate rules across environments using Data-Admin-Product.
  • Manage user accessibility by creating portals, access roles, and access groups for analysts, data managers, and chair departments.
  • Identify and document test conditions/scenarios from business requirements and functional design for rating management.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pega consultant with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field. You should have at least 4 years of software development experience in Pega, delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of software development experience in Pega.
  • Deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices.
  • Pega certification (CLSA/CSSA/CSA) is required.
  • Hands-on experience in designing using PRPC and any frameworks.
  • Strong design and implementation skills in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of web services architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc.).
  • Able to solve common application requirements through deep understanding of Pega features and patterns.
  • Track record of successful Pega application implementations from scratch.
