Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our retail store.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales targets are met.
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate a high-performing team to meet sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE REPEAT BUSINESS AND POSITIVE WORD-OF-MOUTH.
- INSPIRE AND LEAD A TEAM INCLUDING TRAINING, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, RECRUITMENT AND TEAM BUILDING.
- EXCEED SALES AND KPI TARGETS THROUGH EFFECTIVE MERCHANDISING, DISPLAYS AND PROMOTIONS.
- PROVIDE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, CONVERSATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS TO DRIVE SALES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
