Reservations Coordinator Role

Our team is part of a highly successful and multi-award-winning agency with offices spanning the Central Coast. They are a fast-paced, energetic group of professionals led by an inspirational Director who engages and empowers their staff.

The Holiday Lettings team plays an integral part in this business, and as a Reservations Coordinator, you will be one of the key members of client experience, being their first point of contact.

Key duties include:

  • Responding to direct client and third-party booking enquiries through online portals and extranets
  • Processing and inputting reservations into the property management system (Newbook)
  • Following up on unconfirmed bookings to convert them to confirmed bookings
  • Reviewing accommodation rates and minimum length of stay requirements to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Liaising with property owners to assist guests with enquiries regarding property-specific information and details
  • Responding to booking reviews and maintaining high response rates on all booking portals

Requirements include:

  • A Revenue or Reservations Manager role background, preferably in Hotels, Travel, or Airlines
  • An understanding of bookings, dynamic pricing, and yield management
  • Strong customer care/client management skills
  • The ability to multi-task and process information quickly
