About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high-profile clients. You will work within an allocated territory, calling on hardware outlets, merchandising, and completing Planograms to a high standard. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships within your stores and potentially work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Ensure stock levels, positioning, and ticketing meet our client's expectations.
  • Planogram Execution: Implement and maintain Planograms and Relays in line with our client's requirements.
  • Display Execution: Build and maintain displays, erect Point-of-sale materials, and execute tasks as required.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
  • Reporting: Accurately report using Smart Devices.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Requirements
  • You must be over 18 and have full Australian working rights.
  • You must live in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
  • You must hold a current State Driver's License and have a reliable, road-worthy vehicle.
  • You must be physically fit, with the ability to bend, lift, and carry stock (up to 16 kgs).
  • You must possess high attention to detail and strong planning skills.
