Job Summary:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and have a love for beautiful homewares and all things Christmas. As a Christmas Casual Helper, you will be responsible for creating a seamless point of sale service that is engaging and efficient, while also assisting with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock and being involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by being knowledgeable about our products and services
  • Assist customers with purchases and answer questions about our products
  • Help maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the success of the store

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • An ability to lift up to 20kg
