About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Dural, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and planning construction projects, including determining construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Drafting and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures.
  • Organizing and directing site labor and the delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.
  • Providing data for designing activities through conducting field surveys and field studies.
  • Estimating budgets for projects according to technical specifications and providing reports on estimated costs, materials, tools, and labor.
  • Monitoring activities on site regularly to obtain performance of construction materials and labor, and designing strategies and methods to optimize these resources.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • General Building Construction Knowledge.
  • Superb knowledge of all governing civil engineering standards, requirements, and guidelines.
  • Technical proficiencies include Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Possess management, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and Attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation, for a 38-hour work week.
