Bone Marrow Transplant Quality Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Bone Marrow Transplant Quality Manager. This critical position will play a key part in our efforts to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care provided by our team.

The successful candidate will possess relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline, as well as significant experience leading quality improvement projects. They will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of haematology principles and their application to the BMT program.

  • Improve patient and carer experience by providing bone marrow transplantation services on site and expanding to cellular therapies.
  • Improve clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they are applied to clinical practice within the BMT program.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest best practices in quality management.
