About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Wetherill Park site in Sydney, which serves as our Milk Based Beverages (MMB) hub for the eastern seaboard. As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our dairy products, including Fresh and Extended Shelf-Life items. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all packaging functions are carried out in a timely and safe manner while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively in positions throughout the production department to achieve manufacturing operations goals.
  • Maintain adherence to our quality, safety, and environmental systems and practices.
  • Document activities as required by our HACCP system.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to drive efficiency and productivity gains.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.An intermediate mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely.Forklift licensure or willingness to obtain it.
