We are seeking an experienced Strategic Environmental Consultant to join our Planning and Environmental Approvals team in Brisbane.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for an environmental professional looking to play a lead role in the delivery of planning, environmental planning, and regulatory approvals for significant projects across various sectors.
- You will work with a dynamic team of professionals on delivering a range of planning and environmental consulting projects.
- Develop your consulting, project management, and technical skills through hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with clients to prepare statutory planning submissions and scope studies and surveys.
- Prepare high-quality planning and environmental approvals documentation.
- Mentor and coach early career stage professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in planning, environmental science, environmental planning, or a related discipline.
- Good experience in planning, environmental planning, impact assessment, or approvals.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Queensland planning frameworks.
- Exceptional organisational skills, strong motivation, and ability to work self-directed.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
