Learn to Swim Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our learn-to-swim lessons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance community awareness. You will also be responsible for managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
In addition to your leadership skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A strong background in aquatic education or a related field is essential.
