Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants.
About the Role- Assist students in achieving their academic goals
- Collaborate with teachers to provide targeted support
- Develop strong relationships with students and colleagues
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their unique learning needs
- Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support programs
- Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other colleagues
- This is a term-time only position, paid during school holidays
- Working hours are between 8:15am and 3:15pm at St Anne's Campus, and 8:20am and 3:20pm at Garnsey Campus
We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals who can make a positive impact on our students' lives. A Certificate III in Education Support or above is highly regarded, but not essential.
