As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, you will be the face of our brand, greeting each customer as they enter and thank them as they leave. You will maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers, monitor retail operations, deter suspicious activity and respond to incidents accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing detailed information to senior management on potential and actual threats to the business

  • Working within a highly successful team environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current QLD Unarmed Security Licence with Crowd Control function
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A Police Check (less than 60 days old)
  • Previous experience in Retail Security or concierge
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
  • Physical fitness to perform duties required
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with potential for ad hoc work on weekends
