
Dams Project Specialist

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in building resiliency and leading from the front in the water industry. With increasing floods, droughts, and storms, it's essential to drive change for your community.
Key Responsibilities- A wide range of dams projects including water dams and tailings dams for various uses such as municipal, mining, agriculture, and hydropower.
- Providing technical delivery with a focus on geotechnical, structural, and/or design management skills applied to dams and/or tailings projects.
- Actively participate in client relationship management, business development, proposal development, reports, and technical analysis.
- More than 3 years' post-graduation experience in dams engineering.
- Chartered RPEQ engineer status preferred or working towards this status.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) or higher qualifications.
- Knowledge of designing a broad range of dam types, including embankment and concrete dams.
- Familiarity with Queensland dam safety legislation an advantage.
- Experience working in multi-disciplined teams.
