About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banking Advisor to join our team at Westpac, Carindale QLD. As a key customer-facing position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their everyday banking needs, and identifying opportunities to grow their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality conversations with customers to understand their financial goals and needs
  • Assist customers with transactional and savings banking needs, referring them to specialists when required
  • Proactively contact existing customers via phone or email to offer personalized solutions
