Assistant Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of sales staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual display and stock management strategies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is engaging, personalized and exceeds expectations, leading to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and loss prevention.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
