HR Systems Strategist

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Strategist to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge HR systems.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with exceptional system savvy skills to join a dynamic team and contribute to driving business growth and innovation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the ongoing management and enhancement of HR systems and metrics
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure existing systems configuration and data reporting align with business requirements
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making processes and drive key business outcomes
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver projects where HR data is a key requirement

About You:

  • You will have a strong understanding of HR practices, trends, and opportunities
  • Be able to build diverse relationships with stakeholders
  • Have experience in systems analysis, design, and administration of information systems within large organizations
  • Be able to work effectively in unstructured teams and promote collaboration
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving ability in an evolving technology and business environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources and/or Information Technology
  • Desirable experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Proven experience working with a multi-vendor technology stack to deliver business outcomes
