Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Blacktown. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate electric pallet jack equipment
  • Hold a current forklift license, which is a must
  • Have experience with voice picking (advantageous but not essential as training is provided)
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Be competent in numeracy and literacy skills
  • Show initiative to make a contribution to the business
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the warehousing industry
  • Previous experience working in cold storage, freezer work at minus 25 degrees
  • Experience with pick & pack and knowledge on stacking cartons on pallets
  • Previous experience with voice picking
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster, including weekends
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Physical fitness and good health
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong and reliable work history
  • Two work-related referees
  • A valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
About the Role

This role involves working predominantly night shifts, from 9pm to 5am, Monday to Sunday. Training will be provided over a two-week period, and flexibility will be required during this time. The base pay rate is $43-$44 per hour, plus overtime and penalties. If you are unable to commit to this roster, please do not apply.
