About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our branch team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer technology and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond.
