The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of planning principles, with experience in managing complex supply chains and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a deliverable production, supply chain, and logistics plan that aligns with the company's commercial demands and business objectives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the production and delivery planning function to deliver operational and financial objectives. You will also manage inventory policies to meet both customer service requirements and overall business working capital objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the translation of commercial demand into a delivery plan
  • Creating and maintaining a Master Schedule to operate across multiple manufacturing plants and supply chains
  • Providing operational and systems guidance, direction, and leadership within the planning team
  • Representing the planning function within the integrated business planning cycle

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider planning function. A strong understanding of ERP principles and proficiency in using ERP software (Epicor preferred) is essential. The role requires a methodical approach to ensure tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy consistently.
