Store Leadership Role

The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven individual with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

As the most senior member of the team, you will partner closely with colleagues to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.

You will also be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

We are looking for someone who is a leader, a mentor, and a role model for our team. If you have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring that all areas of the store are maintained to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable shopping experience.
