Lead a Dynamic Venue Team

As the leader of our Melbourne Central venue, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will lead a high-performing team across front of house, bar and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 40 staff members
  • Run the show on the floor, ensuring fast, fun and energetic service
  • Smash sales targets and keep costs under control
  • Set the tone for an excellent guest experience

  • A natural-born leader with 2-3 years of experience in running venues
  • The ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay cool under pressure
