Senior Engagement Coordinator

As a Senior Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating meaningful and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs.

Located at Macquarie Park, our centre is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and a supportive community. We offer high-quality care in a shared accommodation setting that is accessible to all individuals.

Our residents value independence and self-expression, so we tailor our activities to reflect each person's unique interests and values. You'll work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.

We're passionate about supporting mental health and fostering independence, while celebrating each resident's individuality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing activity programs that meet the needs and preferences of our residents
  • Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification
  • Relevant Aged Care experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and participate in ongoing education
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current drivers license
