About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist at Sensational Healing Allied Health, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, and allied health assistants to provide comprehensive support to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement client-centred intervention plans that effectively address the needs of children, young people, and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current registration with SPA (or soon to be for new graduates)
- Current open drivers license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and discipline in working independently, especially in community-based settings
- Willingness to supervise Allied Health Assistants
- Generous salary, $80k - $100k + super (remuneration will be subject to skills and experience)
- Option of a 9 day fortnight
- Work closely with other allied health disciplines, including joint therapy sessions
- Full support from our wonderful administration team to allow you to fully focus on your clinical work
- Join our new graduate program if you have less than 2 year experience
