The Role

This role focuses on delivering exceptional support to Senior Executives, ensuring efficient and effective administrative services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars and emails
  • Coordinating travel for senior executives
  • Preparing expense claims and monthly credit card reconciliations
  • Overseeing the production of all fee proposals and ensuring tender submissions meet deadlines
  • Monitoring tender alerts for business opportunities
  • Maintaining marketing materials
  • Supporting team meetings and events
  • Managing monthly invoicing

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior administration, supporting executives and teams, and possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in senior administration, supporting executives and teams
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in preparing high-quality reports and presentations in Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
