About the Role

DevelopmentWA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Metropolitan division, responsible for the day-to-day management of the division and providing land and property-related solutions to meet the social, economic, and environmental needs of the State.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership to the division, ensuring effective management, motivation, and development of project development teams.
  • Actively seek, evaluate, and recommend property development opportunities that align with the organisation's goals.
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including local members, Ministers of Government, and CEOs.
  • Oversee the financial management of the division's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and adaptation to changing market conditions.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the division, aligning division activities with the long-term goals of the organisation.
About You
