Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to redefine the landscape of youth employment
  • Lead a team of passionate career mentors, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional support and guidance for participants, overseeing the delivery of services via our career mentors
  • Drive innovation and create groundbreaking services and initiatives to support young adults in transitioning from school to employment or volunteering

Requirements:
  • Qualification in Management, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Development Education, or Disability studies (or equivalent work and life experience)

  • Mastery of the NDIS framework and/or Employment and its provisions for youth employment (15 – 24 year olds)
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving outstanding results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Unwavering commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality
