We are seeking a senior audit professional to lead our internal audit strategy and inspire our team with their vision, expertise, and passion for governance and risk management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement an internal audit strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Provide independent and objective assurance to stakeholders on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.
  • Oversee a team of experienced auditors and manage the delivery of complex audits that add value to the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure audit focus remains aligned with industry developments and risks.
About You
  • You have a strong background in financial services and proven experience in a senior internal audit role.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments, risk landscapes, and control frameworks in the FS sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • CA / ACCA / CISA / CPA / CIA or equivalent professional qualification (highly desirable).
  • A passion for ethical governance and driving strategic value through audit.
