This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Clinical Quality, Regulation and Accreditation (CQRA) Group. As a Program Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the effective planning, development, implementation, and review of Clinical Governance frameworks, processes, and information systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships. You will work closely with the broader Clinical Governance team to enable effective workflows and processes that support clinical network engagement, accreditation, quality improvement, and credentialing functions.
About the RoleThe Program Support Officer will work within the Clinical Quality Regulation and Accreditation under the delegation of Executive Director Clinical Governance. This is a permanent full-time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight. The successful applicant will be offered a salary range of $98,255 to $103,069 per annum.
Responsibilities- Support the effective planning, development, implementation, and review of Clinical Governance frameworks, processes, and information systems.
- Engage with stakeholders and participate in meetings, to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Clinical Governance team to enable effective workflows and processes that support clinical network engagement, accreditation, quality improvement, and credentialing functions.
