Senior Sustainability Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Analyst to join our team. This role is a key part of our organization's commitment to sustainability and will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental impact.

About the Role

This role sits within our Sustainability Strategy and Business Integration function, where you will work closely with business stakeholders to leverage skills and knowledge and deliver value to clients and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of sustainability projects, pilots, training, and other initiatives. This includes coordinating the Modern Slavery working group, drafting the Modern Slavery statement, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the statement satisfies local regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will implement and oversee the delivery of the Modern Slavery action plan, develop project plans, and provide project management for key sustainability initiatives. You will also lead the administrative functions of the team, support analysis and input into Country x Sector Plan reporting requirements and associated projects, and support communications and engagement activities of the Sustainability team across the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Support the coordination and execution of sustainability projects, pilots, training, and other initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualifications in environmental science, agricultural science, sustainability, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in the finance sector.
  • Experience in sustainability analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in development of sustainability strategies and plans.
  • An understanding of ESG policies.
  • Understanding of sustainability and ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting frameworks.
  • High degree of knowledge in MS Office Suite, Power Bi, and data analysis skills.
  • Project and workflow management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Project management and written communication skills.
