This is an exciting opportunity to work in a gatehouse security role, supporting site operations in Victoria. As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for managing access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring.
Main Responsibilities:- Access Management: Manage vehicle movement, access control, and visitor passes to ensure secure site entry.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform duties including email management, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Security Compliance: Verify all individuals with security access cards have completed necessary inductions and possess approved access levels.
- Risk Identification: Identify and report security risks to client contacts and Certis managers.
- WHS Monitoring: Monitor Work Health and Safety compliance, CCTV surveillance, and respond promptly to site alarms.
- Security Licence: Current Victorian Security Licence.
- Driver's Licence: Current full Victorian Drivers License.
- Assessment Qualification: Risk and Assessment Qualification.
- Certificate III: Certificate III in Security Operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a gatehouse or similar security role.
- Supervision Experience: Prior experience in staff supervision and performance management.

Other Requirements:Please note that this role requires a current Victorian Security Licence and a valid Driver's Licence.
