Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Northwest - Rouse Hill and Richmond or Southwest - Campbelltown. The successful candidate will work with clients of various ages, providing assessments, interventions, and equipment prescriptions to enhance their occupational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and priorities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients' inclusion and participation in their communities
  • Prescribe and recommend equipment to facilitate clients' daily activities, mobility, and home safety
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, funding organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
Requirements
  • Minimum completion of an associated degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Professional experience in the field will determine assigned caseload
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
