Job Title:

Casual Merchandiser

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Casual Merchandiser with our organization. As a Casual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising a wide variety of products in leading grocery and pharmacy stores.

You will execute Planograms, create Point-of-Sale displays in store, negotiate shelf space, report back on the day's work, and upload photos using your smartphone.

This role requires flexibility as hours and days can vary due to business needs and busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • MERCHANDISING - Merchandise a wide variety of products in leading grocery and pharmacy stores.
  • EXECUTING PLANOGAMS - Execute Planograms.
  • CREATING POINT-OF-SALE DISPLAYS - Create Point-of-Sale displays in store.
  • Negotiating Shelf Space - Negotiate shelf space.
  • REPORTING BACK ON THE DAY'S WORK - Report back on the day's work and upload photos using your smartphone.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MERCHANDISING IN A SUPERMARKET AND PHARMACY - Previous experience in merchandising in a supermarket and pharmacy.
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN EXECUTING PLANOGAMS - Previous experience in executing planograms.
  • THE ABILITY TO WORK AUTONOMOUSLY - The ability to work autonomously.
  • PHYSICALLY FIT - Bending and lifting.
  • MONDAY - FRIDAY CASUAL AVAILABILITY - Monday - Friday casual availability.
  • EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS - Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • ACCESS TO A MOBILE DEVICE FOR REPORTING ON THE DAY'S WORK AND UPLOADING PHOTOS - Access to a mobile device for reporting on the day's work and uploading photos.
  • RELABLE VEHICLE AND A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (ESSENTIAL) - Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
