Job Opportunity at Panthers Penrith

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our beverage team as a Beverage Service Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality beverage experience for our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, to our customers.
  • Product Replenishment: Ensure effective replenishment of products to maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry.
  • Cocktail Making Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in cocktail making is highly regarded.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Teamwork: Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Certifications: RSA & RCG certificates.
  • Personal Grooming: High standard of personal grooming.
