Hotel Night Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Hotel Night Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

  • Anticipate and meet guest needs and desires immediately
  • Maintain high standards of service
  • Act as Hotel Manager in absence of senior management

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service
  2. Front Desk Operations
  3. Night Audit
  4. Cash Handling
  5. Supervision of Non-Managerial Staff
  6. Maintenance of Operating Equipment

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensure the protection and maintenance of operating equipment, and complete assigned opening and closing duties.
