Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of food and beverage departments within a hotel or resort.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality experiences for guests, and will thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
