  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences from reservation to departure.

You will provide an outstanding experience for our guests by completing reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out.

  • Complete front desk tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and meet guest needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of booking systems.
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests.
  • Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • Problem solving skills including mathematical skills application.
