Emergency Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide expert care in the Emergency Department.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs for graduate nurses and students.
- Promote high standards of evidence-based nursing practice through dissemination of current best practices.
- Ensure staff adherence to mandatory training and completion of eLearning components.
- Participate in policy, procedure, ward, and bi-monthly education meetings.
About Our Hospital:
- We are a fully accredited tertiary facility with 334 beds, offering Emergency Services, Surgical Specialties, ICU, CCU, and comprehensive Cardiac Services.
- We specialize in diagnostic, elective, and emergency cardiovascular care, including open-heart surgery.
Essential Criteria:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Department
- Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training (or working towards)
- Experience as an educator in a similar role
- Experience with eLearning platforms
- High computer literacy, including MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
