As a key member of our Claims Intelligence & Healthcare Funding team, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of our Healthcare Funding Strategy./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliDeveloping and implementing contemporary hospital funding models that meet the design principles and are implemented over time into all hospitals./liliConducting competitor and environmental scans to assess existing funding models in use./liliCo-developing a new hospital funding model with selected hospital providers./liliEnsuring that Bupa's Hospital Funding Model is supported by recent cost weights and DRG versions./liliProactively seeking feedback from Hospital Providers to maintain collaborative working relationships./liliDeveloping health funding models that incentivise providers to deliver quality cost-efficient services./liliSupporting the hospital contracting team during negotiations./liliWorking closely with the GM APPO and HO Ancillary Partnerships to consider funding model options for Ancillary Providers./liliWorking closely with GM HMP and Medical Partnerships Manager to consider funding model options for Medical Providers./li/ulpbWhat We Offer/b/ppAs a Healthcare Funding Strategist at Bupa, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
