Senior Commercial Finance Specialist

This role involves providing commercial and financial support to the business through robust analysis, modelling and communication.
- The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders in finance and across the business to help achieve budget objectives and provide timely analysis.
- They will also perform commercial reviews and analytical tasks to support corporate or business initiatives.
- Financial planning and analysis, including budget modelling and integration with financial systems.
- Providing commercial support and analysis for property developments and major expenditures.
- Supporting corporate and business objectives by applying a strategic and analytical lens.
- Bachelor of Business (Commerce) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role, including commercial finance, business/feasibility modelling, project evaluation, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to handle complex data.
