Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Total Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of trade quality tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers with sales and merchandising activities, including processing sales transactions and maintaining store displays.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service skills to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail and/or trade experience, with a strong understanding of tools and equipment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of trade quality tools and equipment, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
