Volunteer Opportunity

We invite you to join our team of volunteers and contribute to the Red Cross community shop.

  • Processing transactions through point of sale systems
  • Sorting and pricing donations
  • Creating visually appealing displays to attract shoppers
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
  • Following all shop procedures and guidelines

What to Expect
  • No resume required – simply express your interest in the role
  • A friendly interview will be conducted in-store
  • You must be at least 15 years old (Queensland requires 16)
  • Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross)
  • Induction into our organisation and Retail program
