We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technical service functions for equipment.
- Perform equipment installations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Interface with customers via visits, telephone or email to provide quality product support.
- Diagnose faults, perform urgent repairs and participate in an on-call roster.
- Provide applications, user and technical training.
- File product complaints according to company procedures.
- Assist with spare parts inventory management.
- Maintain equipment records and document accordingly.
- Manage and maintain equipment database file through accurate documentation of movement, tracking and repair statuses.
- A trade certificate or technical qualification with strong hands-on technical service experience.
- A restricted electrical license.
- Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, overhauling or refurbishing standard and special purpose equipment and systems components.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Western Australia.
- Flexibility to carry out work duties occasionally beyond ordinary working hours.
