The role involves optimising the performance of the segment by ensuring performance targets, continuous improvement, and organisational objectives are met while providing high-level support to the Recovery Independence team.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the specialist team.
- Oversee and deliver an efficient customer-centric operating model.
- Ensure the team achieves performance and KPI targets.
- Utilise customer satisfaction and the customer experience, identifying opportunities to enhance communication and services.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs, delivering individual and group learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage and oversee budget expenditure, conducting regular reviews against plan.
- Maximise performance revenue.
About You:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
- 3-5 years of experience within a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of state Workers Compensation legislation and associated regulations and guidelines.
- Sound analytical skills.
- People management skills, including team building, coaching, performance management, and change management.
- Successful track record in achieving business objectives.
